With Launch of New Products
NEW YORK, July 28: BusinessWire - Trans Media Exchange, Inc.

management and collaboration solutions announces the appointment of
a talented and diverse group of individuals from different corners of
the business world to its Advisory Board. TMX is taking this step in
conjunction with the launch of its complete suit of services for digital
asset management and collaboration as well as digital asset sourcing
and licensing. These exciting new products were unveiled during a special
media launch event held in Manhattan Thursday, July 24th 2003.

The TMX Advisory Board will be composed of:
Jimmy Bralower is a performer, producer,
writer and arranger who has been making hit records for the last two
decades and has participated in over 70 gold & platinum records
in these capacities including two Grammy Records of the Year and a Grammy
Album of the Year. Mr. Bralower is also Senior Vice President of A&R
at Atlantic Records.
Dan Daley is an experienced journalist
and author, covering the business and technology of the entertainment
industry for over 17 years. His work has appeared in numerous publications,
both trade and general interest, including Billboard, The New York Daily
News, and USA Today.
Marcus Farny is a media analyst specializing
in content production and distribution models and software applications.
Marcus has worked for Oppenheimer Funds and Wharton Equity to secure
seed and early stage funding for media companies.
Alex Mashinsky is an entrepreneur with
a proven ability to identify winning trends, build powerful intellectual
property, launch multiple businesses, and bring together winning teams
and world class investors to build industry leading companies. Mr. Mashinsky
is the founder and former Chairman and CEO of Arbinet–thexchange
and is currently Vice Chairman. In his most recent venture, Mr. Mashinsky
is the founder and Managing Partner of VenturiFX, an early stage venture
fund that recently secured $21 million from Warburg Pincus.
Richard Rubenstein grew up in the public
relations business. A third-generation publicist, he established his
own agency more than 15 years ago. Today, Rubenstein Public Relations
is a premier generalist media firm in New York City.
Dr. Peri Shamsai is currently the Senior
Director of Global Licensing at the giant media publishing company Reed
Elsevier after spending a number of years as the Senior Director of
Worldwide Business Affairs and Strategic Development at BMG Music, a
$2.8 billion music company.
